The main objective is to provide the Dominican state with a modern, comprehensive, efficient, and effective solution to address the high rental costs paid by multiple government offices.
The proposed solution involves structuring a real estate trust to develop a corporate tower of 23,236.25 square meters divided into 22 levels, with the capacity to accommodate 4,000 public servants. These offices will be leased for 20 years by the Dominican state trust through a financial lease, which will conclude with the transfer of property rights of the building to the state once the lease term ends. Additionally, the project will include an 8-level parking block, providing a total of 703 parking spaces for vehicles.
