In the Dominican Republic, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MiPyMES) constitute the most significant sector for the sustainability and development of our country. Many of the economic activities conducted by MiPyMES have great export potential, but in most cases, these small and medium producers lack the capacity to carry out the export process due to various challenges faced by the sector. The proposed solution to help MiPyMES overcome these export barriers is an e-commerce platform. E-exportRD proposes an integrated ecosystem that includes: a unified online store connected to major established marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, among others), a logistics strategy, an action plan to boost sales, and efficient online sales management. This platform will consolidate all the goods entering the project to facilitate the export process, reduce costs, and provide a unified promotion and sales platform for all channels.
