The project is located between Santo Domingo, D.N. and Santo Domingo Este and is proposed in two stages:
Stage I. From Centro Olímpico to Las Américas International Airport, comprising the following phases:
• Phase 1A: 10 kilometers from Centro Olímpico station to Charles de Gaulle avenue.
• Phase 1B: 22 kilometers from the Eastern Interurban Terminal, moving along Ecológica avenue, then crossing Las Américas highway to reach Las Américas International Airport.
Stage II. From Centro Olímpico to Las Américas International Airport, comprising the following phases:
• Phase 2A: 10.5 kilometers from Centro Olímpico, connecting with Stage I and moving along 27 de Febrero avenue, passing through Plaza de la Bandera, the Pintura intersection, and reaching 6 de Noviembre highway.
• Phase 2B: 6.5 kilometers from the intersection with 6 de Noviembre highway, along Prolongación 27 avenue.
