The province of Santo Domingo has established itself as a regional economic center in the Central American and Caribbean area. The central axis of the Distrito Nacional established in its equator by the February 27 avenue which is the main artery of urban mobility in the country.
The project is in a West to East direction of the province, connecting from Km9 of the Duarte Highway, with Line 2 of the Santo Domingo Metro, crossing the entire Gregorio Luperón ave, 27 de Febrero ave, México ave and Las Américas highway, until arriving to the Juan Carlos bridge on Charles de Gaulle ave, where trips are consolidated at the eastern interurban terminal.
