Transformar\u00e1 la zona en un destino tur\u00edstico de clase mundial mediante la adecuaci\u00f3n del muelle existente para recibir buques de la clase Oasis (con una capacidad combinada de hasta 8 500 pasajeros y tripulantes), la construcci\u00f3n de una terminal mar\u00edtima moderna y el desarrollo de un parque tem\u00e1tico inspirado en la cultura, gastronom\u00eda y tradiciones dominicanas.
