The consulting firm EY gave our collaborators a training course on Public-Private Partnerships “PPPs as a development instrument for the Dominican Republic”.
In the training taught by the international firm, the basic elements of Public-Private Partnerships, structure of PPPs and their main characteristics, financial aspects of PPPs, legal framework of PPPs in the Dominican Republic and structure of a PPP entity and control of PPPs were addressed. EY is a global leader in audit, tax, transaction and consulting services.
