The expanded Board of Directors of CONEP received our General Director, Sigmund Freund with the purpose of knowing the plans and actions that he will develop through the institution created by Law 47-20.
In this meeting with CONEP, the General Director of Public-Private Partnerships promoted actions to promote the PPP modality as an important instrument for development in the country.
One of the issues presented by the businessmen in this activity was the need to have a regulatory structure that efficiently regulates the initiation, selection, award, contracting, execution, monitoring and termination of public-private partnerships in the country.
